You’ve decided to preserve your flowers with us - yay! We’re over the moon excited to create for you.  The first step is to visit our Shop page and purchase the designs you’d like us to create with your flowers. Once you place your order, you can expect a confirmation email with all the information you’ll need to get your flowers to us.

You have two options to get your flowers to us: a local in-person drop off, or overnight shipping.

Send us your florals

It’s time to send us your flowers! At booking, you’ll choose between a local flower drop off to our studio in Narragansett, Rhode Island, or overnight shipping your flowers to our studio.  Your confirmation email will contain everything you need for these next steps:

  1. Step by step shipping instructions detailing how to safely package and ship your flowers to us following your event.

  2. A booking link to schedule a local drop off at our studio in Narragansett.

*** No matter which option you’ve chosen to get your flowers to us, everything you need will be in your confirmation email!

We recommend getting your flowers to us no more than 5 days after the event to ensure freshness. The fresher your flowers, the more beautiful the results.

If you want to forego overnighting your flowers and can’t make a local drop off, we can send you flower drying instructions so you can dry them yourself and send them to us later. Please email us requesting these instructions.

Please note - we also accept pre-dried flowers! You know that dusty bouquet you have sitting on a shelf? Send them to us! We love creating something new and beautiful from old, sentimental flowers.

Studio Time

Once your flowers arrive at our studio, they are carefully dried according to the pieces you’ve ordered. After completely dried, we thoughtfully craft your pieces by selecting the most beautifully preserved flowers and paying close attention to the color and texture story of your bouquet. Our goal is not to push out pieces by re-using the same design, but to create a work of art that is truly one of a kind. We love to listen to the unique story your dried blooms are telling, and aim to create something special you can treasure in your home forever.

Based on how many and which pieces you have ordered and the current orders in our studio, this process can take anywhere between 3-9 months.  Floral preservation is a time-consuming process, and cannot be rushed.  We take our time to ensure your piece is as close to perfection as possible. You are welcome to email us at any time to find out where your pieces are in the creation process!
